"Events" are intricate projects encompassing multiple preparatory stages, including ideation, venue selection, securing sponsors, budgeting, ensuring security, managing media, and inviting guests, among others. Devising an event framework necessitates proficiency across various domains, each intricately connected to the others. However, it's crucial to recognize that the "Events" projects outlined below represent preliminary phases — they are plans, layouts, and proposed implementations, yet to be put into practice.
Education Conference
Continuing Medical Education Conference
"Symposium on Photoaging and The importance of sun protection in the skincare routine of the Vietnamese"

With the educational objective of enhancing specialized skills and showcasing L'Oréal's commitment to safeguarding the skin of Vietnam, the "Education Conference" has received approval and collaboration for implementation from the dermatology department of Pham Ngoc Thach Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. The event boasts the participation of leading experts in dermatology, science, and representatives from the health sector, as well as involvement from brands and hospitals. Following the seminar, participating doctors will be awarded specialized certifications, gaining additional expertise in the field.
RMIT Carnival 2022
The RMIT Founder’s Day Carnival is an annual and unique occasion that gathers the whole RMIT community together in one largest event of the year.
This event resumes this year in November after a 2-year suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The event usually happens on a Saturday afternoon from 2 pm to 8 pm. The festive activities include outdoor games, kid’s activities, free finger food and drinks, live performances, and a lot of free gift exchanges.
RMIT - Wonderland Forever
RMIT Wonderland Forever is the event created by ACP Team with the main key message:
"With a unique and memorable experience, RMIT Wonderland Forever will embrace your pride as an RMIT student while guiding you through your own reflection during your time as an RMIT-er."

The concept of the event - RMIT Wonderland Forever is based on the idea of ‘Wonderland’ and RMIT-centric. Since the target audience is mainly RMITers and wants to have a sense of belonging and familiarity, a concept that captures the RMIT presence is chosen to make the audience feel personal to them since it’s something that only students from the university can experience and understand. ‘Wonderland’ thematically can be a happy place because of the familiarity and ‘Forever’ means the long-lasting effect that RMIT has on students during their time here.
The concept of RMIT Wonderland Forever emphasises elements and what RMIT-ers have met during their time studying here, from academic, to a more casual and informal side of university life. An event where participants can reflect on their time here as an RMIT-er, to further embrace their pride, their identity as a student here, and where they feel belong.
